People often think a business takes months to plan, setup and get going. In the technologically advanced era we currently live in, that’s so far from the truth. Dan Norris is the guest on today’s show, where we talk about his new book The 7 Day Startup – You don’t learn till you launch.
I’ve been excited have Dan on the show as he isn’t just the author of The 7 Day Startup, but also the founder of WPCurve, a 24/7 WordPress support business with monthly recurring revenues close to $40,000. Even though WPCurve is just more than a year old, they have seen some amazing traction.
Dan started out by building a design agency with 3 employees till he realized it wasn’t as scalable as he had thought, he sold that and went on to build a product that didn’t get traction in the market as it was supposed to.
Dan founded WPCurve on the brink of him realizing that he was going to have to get a job if he didn’t turn his situation around. Now more than a year later, WPCurve is serving 400+ customers per month, a team of 21 individuals that are situated all over the world that is able to offer 24/7 support to their customers.
